 Refund and Return Policy for Beniceify Custom Car Seat Covers

Welcome to Beniceify! At Beniceify, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom car seat covers tailored to your specifications. We understand that issues may occasionally arise with your order, and we are here to assist you. Please review our detailed refund and return policy to understand how we manage these situations.

General Conditions

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Products are eligible for return or refund if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • There is a printing error or the print quality is substandard.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized products unless there is a defect or error.
  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Process:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@beniceify.com within 6 hours after making the payment. We will cancel your order free of charge and provide you with a full refund. You will receive the refund within 72 hours after the cancellation.

Please note that any cancellation requests made after 6 hours of order placement cannot be accommodated as the order may already be in processing. If you still wish to cancel the order at that time, a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Return Process

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via support@beniceify.com with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product showing the defect or error (if applicable).

Return Authorization:

After reviewing the request, our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping the Return:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the defect or error. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement as requested.

Refund Process

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. In cases where the original payment method is not available, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if only part of an order is defective). The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect products. Customers must follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.

Exchange Process:

Once the defective or incorrect product is returned and inspected, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer. If the desired replacement product is out of stock, customers may choose to wait for restocking, select an alternative product, or receive a refund.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Detailed Descriptions:

Our car seat covers are described in great detail regarding dimensions and fit. Please ensure you have read and understood the specifications before making a purchase.

These car seat covers are not suitable for seats with integrated airbags, seat belts, or armrests. To clarify, 'integrated' means that these features are built directly into the seat. We do not have data for all car brands, so we can only provide the necessary information required to use the product. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing. If the product does not fit due to reasons specified in our suitability warnings, we cannot provide support for returns or refunds. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged During Shipping:

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers should report the damage to our customer service team immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please send us a picture of the item, the invoice, and your order number immediately. Kindly email us at support@beniceify.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase via email when you return the item.

Refunds

Approval and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Item(s) Not as Described:

If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 15 days from the day the item(s) was marked “delivered” according to the tracking number of your order. Please provide us with proof of your statements (photos or videos that describe the issues). If you can’t provide us with proof, it will be considered that we sent you the right product, and a refund is inapplicable.

Non-Delivery:

If you don't receive an item you ordered, in the event that the address you provided was sufficient, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 60 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. If the address you provided was insufficient, leading to the item(s) being returned, please provide us with your correct shipping address, and we will resend the item to you. However, you will have to pay a partial fee for the resend order. If you don't want the item resent, as our products are made-to-order, once being returned, they cannot be resold for other customers; therefore, your order will be charged 40% (for part of the production cost and shipping fee and tax). When items are delayed but still in transit, Beniceify may offer a partial refund to offset shipping costs or fees. In the case of Force Majeure events, please be patient and understanding.

Return of Funds:

After Beniceify approves a return, cancellation, or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, we will refund the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees. If you opt for Beniceify through a credit card, the refund may not be issued to your original payment method. Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded, and (as described above) in some cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Perishables:

If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases.

Policy Abuse:

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we suspect abuse of this policy or violations of our Terms of Service.

Late or Missing Refunds

Checking Refund Status:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card company first. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@beniceify.com.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping

Returning or Exchanging Products:

To return or exchange your product, you should mail it to us at the address we provide. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Time for Exchanges:

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
