What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently, we only offer the Standard Shipping method for our products.
Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

When Will My Card Be Charged?
As soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Why My Payment Isn't Accepted?
To protect your security and privacy, your bank can't provide us with information about why your payment was declined. Contact your bank directly to solve these payment issues. You might want to try again with a different payment method. In case the issue persists, kindly contact our customer support team for further support.

Ordering Questions

What is your refund policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. If your product doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a free-exchange! Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your items so we can send you a replacement. Damaged items are eligible for refunds within 30 days. Defective or low quality prints are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Photo proof demonstrating the defected or damaged area of your order is required for a refund or exchange.
How Can I Exchange My Items?
Our items do not currently provide an exchange option. Please get in touch with our customer service within 07 business days of order delivery if you have any complaints about your purchase. Then, if deemed necessary, our customer service division will assist in offering a replacement or refund.
How do I return an item?
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of order delivery to explain your grievance. Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.

After Purchase Questions

How long does it take to produce and ship a custom car seat cover?
We are a made-to-order store, so all products require a production time before being shipped. Production time for custom car seat covers typically takes 3-6 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
US: 4-8 business days
EU: 10-20 business days
ROW: 10-25 business days

Please note that there may be an additional 2-6 business days due to external factors beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your order has shipped."
Can I wash the car seat covers?
Yes, our car seat covers are machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Allow them to air dry to maintain their shape and quality. Please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
How do I modify my order?
You can change your shipping address or product size within 24 hours of placing your order. You can make these changes yourself by visiting your order status page or by contacting customer support here : support@beniceify.com
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of making a purchase by contacting our customer support team and requesting an order cancellation . support@beniceify.com
My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to show tracking information in the shipping courier’s system. If your tracking number is not showing data after a few days, please contact us support@beniceify.com.
I need help with a late order.
Each order is handcrafted in our production facility for 7-10 days then shipped with express courier service. Total delivery time is 10-15 business days after purchase. For hoodies, zip up hoodies, quilts, beach blankets and shower curtains production time is 7-10 days. Total delivery time for hoodies, zip up hoodies, shower curtains, rugs, quilts, beach blankets, premium blankets and bomber jackets is 20-35 days. If it has been more than 15 business days (35 business days for hoodies or zip up hoodies) and your order has still not been delivered, please contact our customer support here.
